Purpose of These Terms & Conditions

Any person who uses the q79mmk website at q79mmk.mom or registers a player account is required to read and comply with these terms and conditions. This document is a legally binding agreement between q79mmk and its players.

By continuing to use this platform, players confirm that they have read and agreed to all of these terms and conditions. When changes are made, players will be notified, and continued use of the platform means those changes are also accepted.

If These Terms Do Not Apply to You

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not continue using q79mmk services. Continued use of the platform indicates full acceptance of this agreement.

Requirements for Opening an Account

The following requirements must be met to open a player account at q79mmk —

• The player must be a Myanmar national or a person accessing the platform from Myanmar.
• The player must be 21 years of age or older.
• Each individual may open only one player account. If a person is found to hold more than one account, q79mmk may suspend all of those accounts and has the right to adjust any remaining balance.
• You must provide complete and accurate personal information when creating an account. If incorrect information is provided, q79mmk may close the account immediately.

Account Security Responsibilities

Each player is responsible for keeping their account password secure. Do not share your password with any third party. q79mmk is not liable for any unauthorized access by a third party without your consent. If you become aware of such an incident, contact [email protected] immediately.

You may not rent, sell, or transfer your account to any third party.

Player Identity Verification (KYC)

q79mmk may request a player's national registration card, citizenship ID, or other proof of identity at any time. The player is required to provide these documents in full. Failure to do so may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal access.

Deposit

q79mmk supports the following payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer.

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is 10,000 Ks.
• The deposit account must be a phone or bank account registered in the player's own name. Deposits made from a third-party account will be frozen immediately and reviewed.
• If your balance does not appear after a deposit, contact us immediately via Live Chat.

Withdrawal

The withdrawal rules for players are as follows—

• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is 20,000 Ks.
• Withdrawals are normally processed within one hour.
• Withdrawals can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer.
• Players may only withdraw to an account registered in their own name.
• Funds received as a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met. The related conditions can be found in Section 9.

Anti-Money Laundering

q79mmk strictly prohibits money laundering. If any suspicious financial conduct is detected, q79mmk may immediately close the account in question and take the appropriate action.

First Deposit Bonus (Welcome Bonus)

The q79mmk welcome bonus is 150% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks.

• This bonus is available once per person only.
• The wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash.
• If you request a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus funds will be forfeited and only the remaining balance will be available for withdrawal.

General Promotion Rules

q79mmk has the following rules regarding bonuses and promotions—

• Every bonus has its own wagering requirement and expiry conditions. We recommend reading the terms of each bonus carefully.
• If it is found that bonus funds have been used to circumvent deposit and withdrawal limits, q79mmk reserves the right to forfeit the bonus.
• q79mmk reserves the right to suspend any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.

VIP levels and weekly cashback

q79mmk's VIP program has 5 levels. A player moves up based on their play history and long-term deposits.

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

q79mmk reserves the right to change VIP personal services and cashback amounts at any time. Please keep this in mind.

Prohibited activities

The following actions are not permitted on the q79mmk platform—

• Attempting to damage, hack, or introduce computer viruses into the platform's software
• Exploiting bugs or glitches to extract financial gain from unintended system errors
• Using bots or automation tools in gameplay
• Colluding with other players to manipulate results
• Playing under someone else's identity or using a third party's funds

If any of these activities are detected, q79mmk will immediately suspend the account and reserves the right to review the funds held in that account.

Game result decisions

Results issued by the certified game provider (middleware software) are final and serve as the sole record for all decisions. If a technical issue occurs during play, q79mmk will assist via 24/7 Live Chat, and the player must keep a record of the issue.

SSL encryption and data protection

q79mmk protects players' personal and financial information using SSL encryption technology. Personal data will not be shared with any third party without the player's consent.

q79mmk will not be held responsible for—

• Losses arising from a player's own decisions
• Communication disruptions on the player's own device or surrounding environment
• Unauthorized access resulting from a player sharing their own account credentials
• Issues caused by technical problems, network instability, or server overload

Changes to terms

q79mmk reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the q79mmk.mom website. Continued use of the platform means the player accepts those changes. We recommend checking this page regularly.
